ELISA MONTE DANCE is a New York City-based 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Our Mission states:

In order to advance and enrich the art of dance, Elisa Monte Dance will present the choreography of Elisa Monte to an American and international audience to create a bridge between cultures.

Elisa Monte Dance Goals:
 • Train and maintain a select group of professional dancers of multi-ethnic origin, capable of meeting the artistic and physical demands of the choreographers’ work.
 • Commission work from distinguished artists in other disciplines for collaborative projects.
 • Educate individuals in the art of movement, and audiences in the appreciation of live dance performance.

Like all non-profit arts organizations, Elisa Monte Dance solicits your financial support to further the company's Goals as determined by its Mission. Your support ensures the ongoing success of this unique, multi-cultural institution as its extraordinary artists, representing France, the Bahamas, Guadeloupe, and the US bring excellence in dance to audiences and students around the world.

Elisa Monte Dance invites contributors at all levels to visit the studio, meet the Artistic Director and dancers, and sit in on actual, working rehearsals.
