Michael Cole

Michael Cole is an international lighting designer based in New York City. He has worked as a designer for over 10 years in dance, opera, theatre and musical theatre through Europe and the United States. He holds a BFA in Lighting Design as well as a BFA in Musical Theatre Performance from the University of Oklahoma. Some selected credits include Black Light (Off Broadway), EMD Does Brubeck, The Best Self Project, EMD After Dark, 1:3:4:1,Things Past (Elisa Monte Dance), Rhythm in Motion (The American Tap Dance Foundation), Graceful Blue Period (Norbert De La Cruz III), Million Dollar Quartet, White Christmas, Swing! Thomas Varvaro

Thomas Varvaro (Brooklyn NY) holds a BFA in Dance from the Ailey/Fordham BFA Program in Dance, and began teaching master classes for Ailey 2 nationally and internationally from 2011-2013. Mr. Varvaro has continued to teach as a full time faculty member, guest teacher and choreographer with dance studios in New York City, and the tri state area. Full time faculty positions at "Diva Dance Studio" (Brooklyn, NY) Covenant Ballet of Brooklyn" and "DanceMixx" (Red Bank, NJ) In addition, Mr. Varvaro was part of "Men in Motion" a dance network faculty. Mr. Varvaro is on faculty with "Sheer Talent" and “VIP Dance” dance competitions and conventions. Along side Tiffany Rea-Fisher, Mr. Varvaro has taught at NYU Tisch, Southern Methodist University, Booker T. Washington HS for the Performing Arts, East Carolina University and Jacksonville University, North Carolina School of the Arts, Alabama State University, University of Alabama and Fiorello H. LaGuardia HS. Mr. Varvaro is a guest teacher at Broadway Dance Center and The Ailey Extention. Mr. Varvaro directs the Elisa Monte Dance Summer Series (EMDSS) and serves as the Director of Education for EMD.

Sin Gogolak

Founder of GOGO Public Relations and Marketing, Sin Gogolak is a renowned publicist who started her career in the beauty industry. Her love of the arts and passion for nonprofits led her towards a career in marketing and publicity. Sin has spent the last decade cultivating contacts and building relationships throughout the nation in order to help each client tell their own exceptional story. Always on the front line of each campaign, she can be found helping organizations integrate their marketing strategies, spearheading major news announcements, organizing press for galas, and at every major event and brainstorming session that an individual or organization hosts. Sin prides herself on becoming a part of her client's family and sharing in their successes. 

Over her career, Sin and her team have placed thousands of stories in the media nationwide. Among Sin's numerous placements are stories in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, FOX, PBS, The Huffington Post and hundreds of other broadcast, print and digital outlets.

Sin graduated Magna cum Laude from Temple University's Fox School of Business with degrees in Finance, Marketing and International Business with a focus on Economics.

In her free time, Sin can be found playing with her animated toddler Brock, shopping for fun vintage clothing, taking a walkabout in a new urban neighborhood, or cooking something exciting
